I was on the waiting list, for whole yr I waited, did everything they asked for it was a constant fight with Paulette in the begining head director in the end she made it seem like she was there to help,yea ok! I would give this place -5 stars if I could! The executive director is not a nice person at all! They call it "The Jewel Of Trumbull" that it is not I would advise anyone from moving to this place if something in the apartment breaks expect years for them to get it correct (or maybe never or have to spend your own money to fix it!). They are pricing them selves out of the game (specifically with their attitude toward residents) you can get a bigger (and ran by people who know how to run a housing authority not like the worke... read more
