I am leaving this review based on my experience trying to obtain warranty clarification from Trumark Homes. My townhome was completed approximately four years ago. I am very disappointed with the experience I've had with my home builder. The customer service has been extremely poor—getting a response for maintenance issues has been a struggle, and I often felt ignored. Shortly after moving into my new condo, I encountered several problems. The heater had a pipe that wasn't connected properly, which resulted in me having to replace it just a few weeks later. Terrible customer service. They do not take responsibility or correct their own construction mistakes. Defective workmanship and poor management altogether. Do not buy your homes from this builder.
