I have fibromyalgia and when I was no longer able to work I lived with a woman in her 80s who had had a stroke, a lifelong Trumansburg homeowner. I was able to bike to Trumansburg Family Medicine (if you’re familiar with fibro, I don’t have to mention how difficult or exhausting this was), and my daughter had received her medical care there as a baby, so I had good history there. Woman on the phone was quite rude. I introduced myself and mentioned I was new to the area and looking for a provider. She said that none of the providers are accepting new patients and to call back in 2-3 months. Their website encourages new patients to call and schedule.
I’ve been going to this office for over three years, and have had a great experience every time. They are professional, knowledgeable, and personable.
Impossible to get an appointment.
