I don't know where to begin. I found this company while researching someone to clean one of my couches. I chose them because their credibility came through their website, and the reviews were unusually strong. So from my very first phone call, I got good communication, upbeat energetic vibe and an outstanding clean on my couch. Sometimes the little things are the biggest things, and this company proved that today with the attention to detail, explanations and care that was taken with my home.

Courtney did a great job on our carpet. Stains that we thought weren't removable were removed. He was also very professional and knowledgeable...plus his prices were great. We will be using his services again. Thanks Courtney!

Courtney did a great job. He responded immediately to my initial call which really impressed me. No leaving messages. And he scheduled the cleaning very quickly. My carpet was heavily soiled with cat urine and odor. Courtney pointed out the difference between stains and carpet discoloration which was the result of my own cleaning attempts (I learned a lot about carpet from him.) He removed the stains and deodorized my house to satisfaction. I highly recommend Truman Steemers.

Kourtney is very professional and prompt. He communicated with us several times prior to appointment. Kourtney actually was able to come a little earlier the day of the carpet cleaning. Our carpet in our new home is now extremely clean and smells fresh. Overall, Truman Steemers provided an excellent service.

I Was Considering Buying New Carpet Because of the Bad Condition my carpet was in. I Am so Glad "I MADE THAT PHONE CALL" To Truman Carpet cleaning... My Carpet Looks "Brand New"... Truman was able to Get Rid of Several Large Dog Urine Stains that I thought Nobody could get Rid of. This Company Have to Be Rated as 1 of the Top Carpet cleaning company in the Business That take Pride in there Work!..Several Days Later Received a Follow Up call on my Carpet with I thought was pretty cool!....Highly recommend!!
