Truman Refuse has served us for two decades. They miss maybe one pickup per year or less, which is acceptable. If there is a change in pickup schedule, due to holiday, weather, etc., they will leave a message on their phone - very convenient.
Just awful. These guys are horrendous. They don't return their calls. They don't pick up on days they're supposed to... and billing is a nightmare. I'm tell you, RUN, do not walk away from Truman Refuse when it comes to your residential garbage collection in Richmond, Virginia. RUN!
