I would rather kill myself then ever go there for mental help. I went there because of a mental break down and they almost killed me because they would not give me blood pressure medication my blood pressure was so high i could have had a stroke or heart attack would not give me my meds or meds to calm down. I was treated better in jail at least they let me have my meds
I went to Truman Med Ctr. I am from out of town and aside from Marcia the traveling nurse who was really super nice and professional, the ER nurse when 1st to come in and.few others, they are understaff, unable to handle the volume.. The center its not fast pace as some reviews suggested, takes hrs to see a Drl. I have a almost 6inch ovarian mass and unless its extranguled there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO ... If I could give this hospital -stars I would it's the most ghetto ass hospital ever and they treat certain people of color different and it shows if your white it ain't right and if your color you get treated like a queen and king and everything gave to you which is bullshit and the nurses and doctors are nice but the housekeeper guy over night is very rude
Went there wearing an $800.00 Luminox left with nothing.No one seems to know anything about its where abouts. There is NO RECOURSE for theft in this hospital. Not the first time this has happened to myself as well as others. Finders keepers
