Trust me people don’t buy or rent from them.. very poor service plus their rental apartments have alot of issues.. The apartments are very new but their elevators didn’t work nor even garage door. If you want trouble in your life you can rent or buy from them.. not going to renew my lease.
Super far from everything. Made an appointment for 15:30 and they changed it without us knowing, the morning of the appointment. When we got there 10 minutes before the new time they gave us, we weren’t even greeted by anyone. And we had to ask a neighbour where the reception was since we didn’t get any directions. Even after we called the property manager, we waited 15 more minutes and still no one came to greet us. Really poor management.
The attached garage is such a plus.Especially in Calgary winters!
If you’re thinking about moving here do it! I won't be regretting for sure.
