Honest opinion 1) GET A LAWYER!!!! 2) DON’T TRUST THEM!!!! 3) RACIST!!!! Don’t close on a Thursday or Friday! Sydney Ford dropped the ball several times for us as the sellers and did not once take accountability! The day before closing she tells us she did not realize that she was missing a form for us as sellers to fill out and was not able to get the final payoff for our home from the lender. This company has an out of sight out of mind way of doing business. Make sure you get everything you need when you are standing in front of them. If something is missed your out of luck. When they feel like they are done with a client they don't reply to emails or call.
