Rhys made a big impact on me, gave me the tools to deal with my childhood trauma and has an amazing method that got me there, he answered all my questions and explains why i feel and think certain things. Great guy to work with, very patient, thorough and easy to understand. Highly recommend to everyone thats willing you put 100% of the work in, dont live unhappy any longer and dont delay it. I was truly surprised how only a 3 step process in ridding yourself from the pain of past trauma could be life changing - but I can testify it can and it works but only if you commit to and trust the process of wanting to be free of your past to live the life you want and deserve to have - you have to want it and you have to be ready - Thank you Rhys for helping me to where I truly now feel at peace :)
