Predatory business practices Predatory business practices...BEWARE! Sign up for one year, prepay, then they continue to bill you afterwards. They prey on the elderly retired by sneaking in a clause of automatic renewal but they dont warn you that you are being auto renewed at the end of the year. Suddenly you get a bill !!!! No Smell The gentleman who sprays my building is Rodney, and he is always friendly and efficient. They call the day before to set up an appointment when they can come in to spray, and are always on time. When they spray there is no smell which is so typical of other exterminators. Since they came I have not seen a single insect.
Horrible!!! Terrible, terrible experience. We had rats in the attic and they said they could get rid of them. They put cheap traps you can buy at the hardware store for $1.99 up in the attic and put little mesh wire over our vents. Then they show up every other day to check your traps, but don't tell you when they are coming. Sometimes they wouldn't show up for a week at a time and no one would call us back. Truly Nolen Pest and Termite Control A couple months ago my house had a really bad ant problem. My landlord used these guy and the problem was fixed immediately. I think they were a little pricey but it was worth it.
great company with great rates This pest control place is great. They are not only reasonably priced, but they guarantee their policy. If you ever have a problem with bugs between their visits, they will come and treat your house at no cost. They use no sprays inside the house and they treat your outlets where the bugs entered my house in the first place. PROS: Great service at reasonable prices CONS:

No More Spiders Truly Nolan comes to our home quarterly to keep us free of ants, spiders and annoying crickets. Their service technicians are always courteous and professional and they will come back as many times as needed throughout the 3 month period (at no extra charge) to get rid of that last trail of ants or any other problem that arises. They are thorough and we recommend them frequently to friends.
the best This pest control company is the best around i think. They do the inside and out. If any bugs a re still found they will come back and respray. You know you have truly nole when you see the lil volkswagen that is yellow with mouse ears and a tail in your driveway
Terrible service This was a horrible company to deal with. First they no-showed on me twice in the same day. Then when they came the next day they set up spring mouse traps in corners of my house when they knew I had a toddler running around. I called to complain to the manager (Dareld) and he basically accused me of lying. I am absolutely disgusted with their service and have complained to not only their owner but also to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid these people at all cost!!!
