These guys were absolutely FANTASTIC promptly dealing with a very large hornets nest in a peak just outside our window on the 2nd story. They were in and out in about 15 minutes and pricing was very fair. We will definitely recommend them going forward. THANK YOU TRULY NOLEN

I have dealt with this Company for 2 to 3 years. Each year increases the amount of trust and respect I have for both the technicians and the office staff. Each time a technician is going to come out, be it for spiders or checks and mosquitoes. I get a call prior to it. I also get a call after it’s completed. Having a large garden is great, but it can attract rodents that like to hide among the plants. When we began to have rodent problems, we called Truly Nolen, who have helped us manage it. Our Goderich property is seasonal, so we’re not always available when the technician wants to come out for a service call. They have been very understanding and flexible, and they always find a way to make it work for us. Best customer service anywhere!

The Goderich Truly Nolan team is exceptional. It’s such a pleasure to engage with a very customer service oriented company. Paige answers all calls personally in a friendly and efficient manner, and schedules service promptly. We have used their service for outdoors spider control over the past two years as well as indoor tiny ants in the spring. The technician is very professional and knowledgeable and the treatments are effective. I highly recommend using this company.
