Terrible! These guys came to assess, and left me with an active infestation and a young child and pet in the home, saying there was "no problem'. My child as a had been bitten and left with a rash over his face and arm, as the problem continued for weeks! The whole reason I had them come out was to do a thorough assessment. To make matters worst they charged my card in error ! I had to call them to get it removed and they said it just happens when an event is closed and if the employee closes it and isn't aware.
