I got my medical card through Dr Truly last year at a pop up event. I was happy to see a power couple in this field. This year I needed to renew and I decided to drive over 2 hours just to go back to them. (With plenty medical Marijuana doctors more local.) Well I missed that appointment due to work. I messaged the number I was prompted to text. Like the other reviewer, had a hard time getting in touch with them, at last did and set up a call and it was a no show, so they sent me a link to set up a virtual meeting, and a person actually called to verify my apt, come meeting time I get in the lobby and "knocked on the door" and it said someone will let you in, I waited 40 mins and nothing, ended up using Duber, was able to get a meeting later the same day and got my renewal competed
