I pay £30 deposit which I should of got back after my consultation, I had a virtual appointment scheduled and I was stood up I dropped the call after 40 mins of waiting , I received apologies and I put it as a one off however the same thing happened again , they once again apologised but no one contacted me to let me know so I politely asked for my deposit back and I received a message to say it was being processed, I haven’t received it and now I am being ignored ! Always a pleasure to visit, not something I ever thought I'd say about a dentist but for someone who was absolutely petrified of dental visits due to previous bad experiences with a different practice, I can now say my fear has gone.
Excellent dentist,from the receptionist to the 2 sister's professional at all times,the best dentist in the area.
Fantastic team. Really friendly and welcoming and genuinely care!
Could not ask for another dentist the staff here are brilliant
