Do not go here. They fried my hair and got awful chemical burns.
I went in for a consultation and left crying. The person who did my consultation was so rude, she insulted my hair and talked to me like I was stupid. I absolutely will be taking my business else where!
The hair color I wanted is NOT close to what I got. It was applied so uneven and my hair is blotchy. I had box dye black in my hair and I understand that's hard to lift but I wasn't going for blonde or a light color. I even came in person to schedule so the stylist could see my hair. The color I was going for was a violet purple. What I have is uneven purple and blotchy brown. On top of this, the stylist was rough.
