This place has NEVER honored my express pickup. I check in and will show that I’m next in line meanwhile I’m waiting 20 mins to check in 3 walk-in which all 4 were called and helped before me.

Wish they could staff more people! Waiting in long lines could easily be avoided if you schedule enough people! Staff was very kind a courteous despite the situation.
