I don’t understand why you don’t hire more employees don’t you have the largest weed company in America? You can definitely afford to hire more people this wait time is absolutely insane and unacceptable. Horrible service, dude with long hair seemed higher than a kite was all over the place seemed like he had not a damn clue what he was doing after waiting 15 minutes to get checked in then another 15 to go place my order tell him what I wanted had someone else’s profile pulled up and pulls mine up just to tell me oh you’re cards expired! So, I had to change a review on this dispensary. Ordered online this morning waited a few hours and for the email telling me my order is packed. Got yo the store, the man goes and gets my bag. Half way through him riding me up he says Oh they did t put all my order together. So he goes to the back. Comes out they dont have 3 if my items. Comes back out goes back a second time. Longest wait I’ve ever experienced. Placing a pick up order does nothing to speed up the process. Will go to other dispensaries in the area from now on. Literally worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m honestly still waiting in the lobby as I type this. It’s been almost an hour. It says one star but it’s really a zero

Checked in for express and waited in the lobby without seeing a single employee for 20 mins, extremely slow. Absolutely 0 sense of urgency. And the staff doesn’t seem to care at all!
