Customer service could be better with some of the associates
Michael helped me and told me I had patient renewal discount for $75 off of $150 which was great! So, I made a few selections and then was told that some of my selections wouldn’t count on this promotion which was fine. Then I was told that I would have to do two transactions if I wanted to use the discount and still get the others that didn’t count. Canceled my order within minutes with no contact at all, That's poor Cx service (Cx=Customer). Never been to Trulieve, but already not having that "New Cx Experience" resonating within me. Already X'd one dispensary off (Green Dragon) my list because "8th's" are weight differently, I guess to certain dispensaries there are many sum's for "3.8 Grams". I am sure the State of Florida agrees as well. Bottom line - PAY attention, even a Pharmacy is a business regardless medical distinction and Trulieve let's "lock-in" here ~ AB
