I give one star because that’s as low as I can give them, last time I was there I had 456 points worth $15. They asked if I wanted to use them, I said yes. He informed me that I would have $35 off if I didn’t use them, so I didn’t. Next day I checked my points and they had taken 60 they said expired. I didn’t know they expired, but they talked me out of using my points. Costing me $15, that’s the dirtiest trick I’ve had a “business” pull on me.
From friendly and helpful staff making it easy to gaining a better knowledge of the products, to great suggestions that truly help. Also, a helpful points-reward system. Pleasantly suprised with the new management and i am impressed with the new product line. Thank you Truelieve!
I've been to Trulieve more than a handful of times. I ask a lot of questions because I want to make sure I'm getting the right strain for whatever ailment i'm dealing with. Medical marijuana is EXPENSIVE so I'm going to make sure I'm getting something that I like. Most of the employees i've dealt with there have been kind of stand offish and at least seemed like I was really getting on their nerves with all my questions.
