This location is very slow every time I am there. Needs to be a dedicated express lane or you will potentially wait for up to 30 min after having an express order. Woooooow
Trulieve has really gone down hill since moving to this larger location. Somehow they have more room but less employees. The straw that broke the camels back for me was yesterday, two express orders that hadn't even checked in before i arrived according to waitly were taken back despite the fact that I had already been waiting for 5-10 minutes without even being checked in. At least at the smaller location there was a front desk person and a truhost to prevent this sort of thing from happening.
It’s 5:45 on a Friday evening. Only 2 people are working. Lobby is full. I even placed a Togo order. Wait is 20 mins plus for pickup. Yall need to get it together. Any other dispensary has enough employees to make pickup or even stopping in a convenience. This is ridiculous how slow you are.
I hate to leave a bad review but a staff person at this Edgewater location that greeted incoming customers was so rude to me, actually raising his voice and continuing to be rude throughout my visit that I haven’t gone back for a year.. I’m a senior citizen and I don’t waste my time or money at any business that disrespects me. I’d had half decent customer service before that but nobody was ever helpful or very friendly.
