I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Garrett everytime I come in the guy is always on point with the product and gives me the insight and very informative information on the things I buy every time. He’s always working hard when I see him as well whether its taking the garbage out or as simple as holding the door for someone when going back into the building.couldnt ask for a better tender and always holds a high standard when talking to his customers!keep up the hard work and imma always come buy this store!!!!!

This is the worst trulieve I have ever experienced. It doesn’t matter how long you sit and wait, 13 express orders can come in and be checked in before you. People with disabilities are punished because they are not part of the express club. The employees come off absolutely miserable and ready to leave or new and confused. Again, the worst trulieve I have ever been to. I will try other medical places next time I’m in Pensacola. Not trulieve. I really wish I had just cancelled my order instead of paying this place. Amazing products with great prices. From the time I entered until the time I left, I felt very comfortable. Team members are welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back.
