Highly professional deep tissue massage. I've been a regular for years, Josh keeps me limber with increased mobility, allowing me to maintain a highly active and rigorous lifestyle and job. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I have recommended friends and family to use his services and they have all benefited from his expertise.
Josh is the very best at what he does. I no longer go to chiropractors. Josh solved my low back pain problem and instructed me on maintaining on my own. An hour with Josh biweekly will change your life.
I drive cross town just to see Josh! One of the best massage therapists here in MN. For me personally, if there ain’t a little or a lot of pain during the massage (I love DEEP tissue), I find that my body doesn’t get to experience the true benefits of massage therapy. I have been seeing Josh monthly for the past couple years! He’s great at deep tissue massage and releasing problem areas! He is also helpful with making recommendations for stretches that may assist with body issues as well.
