I went to this truliant ATM yesterday Feb,20,2025 and put my card in the ATM JUST FOR IT TO TAKE MY CARD AND NEVER COME BACK OUT It didn’t have a one 800 number or anything on the ATM so I can call and Call the branch and they let the workers off early because inclement weather So I couldn’t get in contact with anybody so I called the next day on Feb,21,2025 Just so they could tell me I will have to order another card from my bank because they could not help me because I was not a truliant customer I suggest not use this ATM... read more
This location is the only one on this side of town. It only has an ATM, which hardly ever works. I went to make a deposit , it took the money. It gave me my card back & receipt just to let me know that I couldn’t make the deposit and sent the money back. That was an inconvenience bc I wasted my gas to go have to go to another location. The other location wasn’t near me. Why do you have ATMs that no one is assigned to check. If someone checks it regularly they would not when it’s not functioning properly.

I have backed with Truliant since 1985. Banking loans everything. But as of today, due to lack of access Iaybquit everything. Customer service is non existent.
