While my mother was staying here I Witnessed Neglect and abuse of power amongst administration especially from Pauline Campbell The assistant DON, the way she speaks to CNA staff and her colleagues who I assume are her higher ups is quite disturbing she has no social awareness or people skills to be in charge or care for these families. My family’s experience with the staff and community at Trulee Evanston has been outstanding. My aging parent is well taken care of and very happy at Trulee. The units are clean and there’s plenty of activities throughout everyday to stay engaged. We’re super happy with Trulee Evanston.
Have a family member at Trulee in assisted living pretty much since it opened. It’s a very nice facility with good food and nice activities. Front desk staff, specifically Debbie and Bill, are terrific. Very friendly and accommodating. Nice outdoor areas as well. Would recommend it.
