I would NEVER suggest anyone use Truland homes as a builder or buy any of the homes they have built. I have seen first hand how they treat their clients. When home prices increased they tried to wait out several contracts so they could resell those homes for more money. Many are active duty military, disabled and retired vets. This as you must have figured has made the price of their mortgage go up considerably not to mention the money spent staying in the apartment’s here in Hammock Bay.
