He supports scams by representing the scammers. He continues to represent and help a business who targets senior citizens and scams them. He recently represented this business in three civil lawsuits ranging up to $25,000. In one of these lawsuits he filed motions with several false statements. I would never hire an attorney who makes false statements in his motions and to the judge. It’s highly unethical.
Disappointed we were billed for a motion Mr Trujillo filled. Upon our initial interview We clearly explained to him several times to Look up (court data base) the prior parenting agreement. Our concern was The parenting agreement was never ordered by the courts! Mr Trujillo’s motion was dismissed immediately by the courts and he billed us for $900. Michael When your client tells you information upfront and you fail to act its irresponsible to bill your client. 1 Star. ….
