Reservations needed for Saturday mornings, and closed the rest of the weekend. Friendly, knowledgeable, with lots of options, including custom products.
I went to Truitt & White for all my doors and windows for over 20 years… then shopped around and tried another shop or two over the last year. Went in today for doors and windows for two different clients. WHAT A PLEASURE!! So great to work with other professionals in the construction trades.
I will never return as a customer! In my opinion, this is not an honest company. I ordered French doors made by Plastpro (their recommendation) with direct glaze insert. T&W delivered an entirely different door with cheap molding around the glass insert. That's when the excuses and obviously false explanations started rolling in. Their sales rep "explained" that the model I ordered was not available in the size I needed, so without telling me they just delivered a different door. Great people
I excitedly came to the showroom looking for a new front door but didn’t even want to talk to a professional because the sales associate at the front Annya was so incredibly rude right from the get go. She talked down to me, seemed annoyed I was even there, attitude from her tone of voice to body posture, sighing as she got up from her chair. I walked in and right back out. Sad that this happened because I was looking forward to visiting the showroom after reading all the positive reviews.
