I excitedly came to the showroom looking for a new front door but didn’t even want to talk to a professional because the sales associate at the front Annya was so incredibly rude right from the get go. She talked down to me, seemed annoyed I was even there, attitude from her tone of voice to body posture, sighing as she got up from her chair. I walked in and right back out. Sad that this happened because I was looking forward to visiting the showroom after reading all the positive reviews.
I walked in with a twenty year old Velux remote that was not operating . Sat down with Jeff Van Horne a miracle man who resolved the problem. This is twenty years after I purchased the skylight! Remember to shop local Truitt and White the very best.
My 1923 craftsman bungalow needed ALL (22) new windows, but I was worried that I would lose the authentic historic charm of the windows added, particularly the windows in a 5 sided bay window. I went in CLUELESS and was lucky enough to encounter Greg who was sooo helpful and very soothing to work with. No high pressure sales tactics, he just really listened to all my concerns and priorities and helped me choose the best windows for my house.
