Interesting problem when a bank uses a 10 year old profile of me to open a new account using old email and telephone numbers thus sending access information to a dead account which doesn't allow me to access the account to change the information. Staff was patient and helpful in working through the not trivial problem, really a flaw in computer process design. Pete C in the Mortgage Loan Origination department is an amazing man. He was truly a blessing to work with during the whole process of my loan. I would give zero stars if I could. I am quite concerned about the overall viability of this bank long-term. I think that they may be mid crumble. I would be very hesitant to leave a large ( or any) sum of money at this institution. Online and phone customer service (National number) are absolutely abysmal. Anyone who can actually make a decision or change for a customer issue is siloed away from public interaction. The staff are helpful and attentive to my needs. They make banking a breeze; I would recommend this branch due to location and ease of use.
