I would give zero stars if I could. I am quite concerned about the overall viability of this bank long-term. I think that they may be mid crumble. I would be very hesitant to leave a large ( or any) sum of money at this institution. Online and phone customer service (National number) are absolutely abysmal. Anyone who can actually make a decision or change for a customer issue is siloed away from public interaction. The staff are helpful and attentive to my needs. They make banking a breeze; I would recommend this branch due to location and ease of use.
I will NEVER again use mobile deposit. Triust is “very sorry” for the inconvenience. Never again.
