I got a loan for my car a few years ago from BBT. So BBT gets bought out/absorbed by Truist. No big deal, good logo. But don't try to get ahold of any one during their posted customer service hours. 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri. Your superb customer service system has hung up on me... twice. So I'm just trying to fix a little problem... I double payed the loan last month.... stupid, but I'll just swallow it.
