I was today years old when I learned that if I want to give multiple reviews on an establishment, I’m to edit said past reviews! So, here goes…I REFUSE to patron any other Truist, unless necessary, because my kids at the Avent Ferry location treat me like family they love! Axa, Damien, Ishita, and sometimes Mohammed and Tamera when they’re floating are exceptional in their care of me and my adult son, and I love them for their hard work and for taking care of their Momma C!
Though the staff may change, it still remains my most favorite banking branch to do all of my financial business. Axa, Damien, Ishita and Mohammed are all professional and exemplary in the careful management that they provide their customers. One can rest assured that if in this particular Truist branch, any financial transactions will be handled with the utmost professional and personal care. Had to call their phone number to close an account. Their AI gave me the run around and wasted a bunch of my time. When I started to get upset, they programmed their AI to hang up on me instead of transfer me to a person.
The Truist branch on Avent Ferry is the epitome of complete impeccable customer service. Though its manager, Cici, is located within a different branch, her excellent staff on Avent Ferry exudes professional and personal excellence, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else (except over to see Cici at her new office)! Axahy, Jake and last but NEVER least, Melinna, all create an atmosphere of care! Love you guys! Momma C
