The Truist branch on Avent Ferry is the epitome of complete impeccable customer service. Though its manager, Cici, is located within a different branch, her excellent staff on Avent Ferry exudes professional and personal excellence, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else (except over to see Cici at her new office)! I just moved to Raleigh and been a truist client I googled the branch and met Terika. She was absolutely professional and very informative. She welcomed me and did what was needed. I was very impressed with the young lady positive attitude and went few days back and opened a new account for my wife. Thanks
The atm took 200 dollars from me during a cash deposit, glitched out. I went inside immediately to address the issue and they never gave me my money back.
