Fast service and clean
I tried to open a business account online with my credit union and had nothing but problems. I decided to speak with an actual person at this local Truist branch and couldn’t be happier. Ended opening business and personal accounts with no issue. Good old-fashioned face to face customer service won me over.

Awesome bank! Set up an account for me after I was told some things that were wrong by another Truist and only took about 5 minutes. ATM is always up and running never broke down from what I’ve seen, and the customer service is wonderful and fast. Sweet people there as well.
