I love Truist however it is this exact branch that has lead me to closing my account the branch staff are extremely incompetent and don’t even know basic information such as deposit times. I was told my funds would be available on the next day and here we are in Texas during a national. Freeze and I don’t even have funds to ensure my kids and animals are warm. Talk about a slap in the face from a “trusted” institution. I pray my family and I make it through this.

Okay let's start at the beginning. I can't use my card to pay for breakfast. I try to login to app and it says it's blocked and to call. I call and they say go to branch with 2 forms of id. I go to branch. They take 45mins to unlock my account and then when I ask to withdraw my funds, they told me no even though my account was sno longer blocked. I was told to come back tomorrow?? I had an extremely frustrating experience at this bank due to a banker named Huan Le. I visited the branch twice to open an account. The first time, I was told they "couldn’t find" my appointment—even though I had the confirmation. I came back a second time, and again, John claimed he didn’t see my appointment—only to "miraculously" find it 10 minutes later. No apology, no explanation.
