I had an extremely frustrating experience at this bank due to a banker named Huan Le. I visited the branch twice to open an account. The first time, I was told they "couldn’t find" my appointment—even though I had the confirmation. I came back a second time, and again, John claimed he didn’t see my appointment—only to "miraculously" find it 10 minutes later. No apology, no explanation. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Truist Bank location off 610 and Bellaire. I was treated in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner by a teller, whose name is listed as HA G. (ID: G26815). The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I believe the treatment I received was unfair and potentially discriminatory. I had an issue got my credit card lost, went in person to get a replacement. The lady made an replacement, but she close my account with out letting me know and open a new acoount instead of just replacing my credit card. It affected my credit score bad for closing the credit card acount. This branch has unproffesional staff they do not know what they doing. Worst bank I have ever had a terrible experience, customer service is bad.
Pésimo servicio. Me cree mi cuenta de devito con Kevin Kao y nunca me puso en la información el número de mi departamento, por lo que correo devolvio mi tarjeta. Cuando llame a la sucursal para que arreglaran mi información y me volvieran a enviar mi tarjeta, al momento mi cuenta esta cerrada, según que por fraude. Sin previo aviso te cierran las cuentas y tienes que esperar 45 días y hasta más para que te devuelvan el dinero.
