I’ve hated this bank and location with a passion in the past. Abraham is doing a great job of helping turn this location around.

ATM is broken, just like all the other Truist locations.
service is friendly enough but this location is severely understaffed. There’s only ever one person working and I’ve waited in the commercial deposit drove through for over 30 minutes multiple times. I’ve also been told that the teller was “out of dimes” when I needed a change order.. this is a bank! I’m assuming they just have this one employee spread way too thin. I dread my weekly bank run, and I really hope they find some more support for this location very soon.
