Been dealing with this bank for years. Very nice bank.
This is not about a particular branch but as a whole. They SUCK! They are CONSTANTLY rejecting my car payment even though I have more than enough money in my account. Even having money in my account they still try and take over draft fees. Bunch of scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!
Tried to get them to help with my account. They advised me to call the customer support number instead of helping me. When asked if it wasn’t something they could do, I was advised that they would have to call a backend number so I should just do it.
