I am extremely disappointed with Truist Bank’s policies and customer service. I previously had an auto loan with them and a corresponding checking account that was free as long as the loan remained active. When I chose to refinance my car, it was because I was offered a significantly lower interest rate elsewhere—something Truist did not offer me. Truist bank is slow on customer service on fast and doing things where you can’t reverse they suck
Very helpful. Staff is always friendly and they remember you by name when you walk in.
Omari is absolutely awesome!!! He needs a BIG RAISE always handling customers by himself with a smile and good energy!!! Never in a bad mood he just goes with the flow!!! Give him a raise, promotion something for his dedication and hard work!!!
