You don’t come across helpful people these days, I just have to leave a review Michele Perry was very welcoming and extremely helpful! It’s a pleasure to meet genuine people who come to work and do their job and are willing to go above and beyond to help with a smile!
I'm at truest Bank in the Drive-Thru been here 15 minutes at Charlie in the morning nobody came to the window had to hit the call button twice before somebody came then they make you wait again I certainly do not recommend this Bank the need for management is imperative to make this bank run right
The best worker there is Ciarapatrice Meriweather. She is so patient and loving and kind. She helped me so much.
This is an updated review of truest Bank as of February 3rd 2025 in the past I've had bad experiences time in and time out today is no different sitting in line for over 15 minutes just behind three vehicles it is ridiculous on the amount of time that these people take to do their transitions through a system that is seriously faulted I don't recommend this Bank whatsoever.
I waited in the drive through line for 15 mins before having to leave. The long wait at these branches is ridiculous. I definitely would not recommend this bank. If you don't have enough personnel to work the drive through turn the light off.
