I have been to several Truist banks and I always find myself back to this location. Truly the best!
The staff is very nice and helpful and I have been banking here for a few years.
One of the most degrading, and most unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a bank. I never like to write reviews but corporate needs to see this! This is the 2nd time I was profiled at this bank by the same lady! NEVER ever in my life has this happened to me at another bank. The over explaining and verifying to get a debit card was HORRIBLE! Once Truist took over, all customer service is over seas. Besides the language barrier, they have no clue what they are doing and will hang up on you if the can't answer your question.
THESE BANKERS HERE WILL SIT AND WATCH YOU WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES WHILE THEY DO NOTHING JUST BECAUSE THEY LAZY AND DONT LIKE TO WORK. BANK OF AMERICA IS RIGHT UP THE STREET KEEP LOOKING
