Terrible bank, terrible customer service with nasty attitudes from staffs the 3 times I have been here. The first time I came here, I had an appointment at 1pm for a wire transfer during my lunch break at work. I got there 12:58pm and suddenly everyone is busy till 1:35pm and couldn’t wait anymore. What’s the purpose of an appointment if I can’t come in and get things done at a scheduled time? Slow service with only 2 tellers. Attractive interior.
These days it's rare to find a place that is actually fully staffed. But there were friendly folks ready to handle the friday crowd today, and Robbie patiently helped me through a complicated process to unlock my account. Great branch
This is the slowest bank in the world to have a staff of young people. If you’re going through the drive thru don’t do it. It will take you 35 mins
