Poor credit card fraud department. The person got tired of me and said I could close my account down if I wanted too. I never suggested i wanted to close it down. Fraud case. Do not open account with them. Very poor service.

Went to this bank today to do a withdrawal from my father's account. Gave them my driver's license and my Father's SSN, and the man came back with a check with the amount I requested to withdraw asking me to sign so he could release the funds. I signed the check and he went to the back/ side room. I was getting impatient because there was no way a withdrawal should take this long, I asked the gentlemen servicing the other customer if he had any idea what was taking so long and if everything was okay before he could answer th... read more
