Opened an account 1 month ago. Moved a few thousand dollars over from another savings account. Had 2, 4 figure direct deposits go in. My 5 figure check got held for 10 days. For no reason. I have requested a debit card 3 times (because they dont automatically send one) and I still dont have it. It has been 2 months since we opened this account and I still do not have a debit card. Used to be the highlight of my day as I frequent several times a week. Recently, with new management, you can tell customer service is not the priority. No one here understands urgency. Will be taking my business account elsewhere.
Always puts holds on my checks with no explanations. How much money do they make using our money for weeks to loan out or play around with while we miss payments and struggle? It's my money and I need it now. Switching back to Chase.

This bank has gone downhill horribly from a customer service standpoint. I have had accounts there for almost 20 years.. going back to when it was BB&T. The customer service deteriorated once it became Truist. Six months ago after repeated mistakes on their part regarding deposits going into the incorrect account as intended, I opened multiple accounts at another bank down the street.
