The 1 bank teller working was very polite and professional. She did a great job managing a huge line of customers. Kept the line moving as fast as she could. It was a couple hrs before closing, and a day before the July 4th holiday. I was surprised to see the bank understaffed knowing everyone was going to show up before the 3 day holiday weekend. I hope management thanks her, and schedules a little better next time.

Very slow There is no urgency at all to this bank.
It’s not a surprise that this place only has 3.2 stars. I have visited multiple times over the last couple of months since the change over from SunTrust. They are terribly understaffed. There’s always at least 15 customers waiting inside and at the drive-through every time I come in. Not to mention multiple customers are commercial accounts that are making large time consuming deposits. Save yourself the time and find somewhere else to bank or make the drive to the Freedom Parkway location that never seems to have these issu... read more
