I am a premium account holder of Truist Bank , I visited Truist Branch 2089 Daniel Stuart Sq in Woodbridge, VA, 22191, today May 3 at 11:40 am, and the personal banker on duty was so arrogant and non-committed to his job that rather than providing required service showed me the door right away. This is extremely condemnable attitude.
This location stays busy so expect to spend a few minutes there. All employees are very helpful however Farzana went above and beyond to help me open my account. Very polite, thorough, and the process didn’t take very long overall (I was able to set everything up during my lunch break).

Pulled up to this spot twice, and both times left me with straight disappointment. Tried depositing money into my wife’s account—had her ID and everything. But nah, this one employee (Angel) Dude didn’t even know how to talk right. Acting too ‘professional’ to even acknowledge a military personal. Real disrespectful vibe. Honestly, I feel bad for the bank hiring someone like that. Get your team in check. But finally, this lady (Farzana) came through and helped me out. She knew what she was doing
