Wanted to write about a great experience with the manager, Brenda Del Cid. My truck was totaled in an accident and my insurance company paid off the auto loan I had with Truist. However, I never received an official letter or final statement from Truist that the loan was paid off. After an hour talking with customer service from their 800 number, I got absolutely nowhere. The rep said they couldn't send me a payoff letter...because the insurance company paid off the loan. All they could send was a letter of how much interest... read more
