I visited this Truist branch intending to deposit money into my business account. Before doing so, I urgently needed to use the restroom. The tellers were busy, so I walked toward the pods and politely asked this African American lady if there was a restroom available. Came to open an account for my 17 year old son. I noticed his name was spelled wrong even though they had his ID and all information needed, I asked the lady to please make the correction and we still received his card with his name wrong!! After 10 days waiting no one wants to help over the phone and want to charge me $30 to expedite the correct card
Truist back is extremely terrible in General. Customer service is garbage over the phone and in branch.
Went in to inquire about setting up a biz account per the Earn $400 with Truist Simple Business or Dynamic Business Checking—new business checking clients only, terms apply. However, when you attempt to open an account online you receive an error with an application id. You can make an appt to go into a branch to complete your application. I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the service I received from Sabah Elkhatib, Senior Relationship Banker at the Truist Woodbridge, VA (13920 Noblewood Plaza) branch. Several weeks ago, I submitted all the required documents to reactivate our home equity loan—this included W-2s, paystubs, and payment confirmations.
