I have been coming to this branch since it was in Noblewood Plaza. My experience has always been great. My needs have always been met and the staff is excellent. Customer service is superior. Sabah is the person that I usually come to see about my accounts. She is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful in my banking choices. I always feel welcomed and appreciated.
The worst. They don’t even have an ATM outside.
Truist is horrible bank, the customer service is rude the people don’t care or explain things properly. Pick any other bank, no matter how bad you think other banks are they will not beat out Truist in this department.
