Emilia the bank teller was very rude to me today seemed like she barely wanted to help me and when I asked to take money out of my account she kept screaming out loud YOU HAVE NO MONEY! YOU HAVE NO MONEY! I find that very unprofessional and rude and she kept directing me to an atm when knowing the temporary card provided does not have a chip which makes it almost impossible for me to make any transactions. This Branch over seen by Martin who says he is the branch manager along with the staff that are under qualified and poorly trained to address any complaints need immediate attention. Fair warning to anyone considering opening an account here, Just don’t do it! Don’t trust your money or your time with this branch.
