Terrible bank. I would give no. stars if I could. Terrible customer service, even worse than when it was SunTrust. First they locked my account for no good reason, causing me to miss payments on accounts elsewhere, then after getting that sorted and saying that my account was open, they turned around and closed it after another month, but at least they gave me a chance to get my money. They act like they work for the IRS, not their customers. No sense of propriety whatsoever.
