0 STARS, if I could. Horrible customer service. I've been banking with these guys for years. Went in and cashed a check, and they gave me a counterfeit $100 bill. Every 2 weeks, I cash a check and take that money to Atlantic Union where I have another account. I give them the envelope that Truist gives me with the cash. I never take any money out.
