Good service
One of the bank tellers at this branch is very unprofessional and very rude. I came into the bank to deposit money and the person was completely on his phone being very unprofessional. Truist needs to do a training class on customer service because this isn’t it.
I already want to take my business elsewhere from the beginning now As I read the reviews I really do now because everything I’m reading I feel also I really don’t care for the bank at all
Been here twice trying to cash security bonds. 1st time time the only person on vacation. 2nd time the person not in. Get some employees that know how to do banking tasks. The other 100 times I've been there the ATM is either offline, damaged from theft or not even there from being stolen
