My experience with Truist bank has always been good. I find the staff is friendly, whenever I've needed extra help with something they can usually take care of it at their local branch. I have experienced fraud on my account a couple of times. As soon as I find out about it, Truist takes care of it immediately! I highly recommend Truist Bank.
I never write reviews. EVER. So take my review seriously. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband and I went in and were doing a simple wire transfer to buy a home. We were excited. We finished the wire transfer paperwork and Alex (a banker) told us it would be cleared instantly just need clearance from the bank manager. Slowest bank i have ever been to. 1 person working desk. Line will be 8 people long and Branch Manager just sits there and does nothing to help. Multiple visits, same thing every time.
