So o went to deposit in the ATM And this is what happened Did not receive my deposit do to some ATM issue Went in side was told to contact the number the ATM paper they said the bank does not have nothing to do with the ATM Called the number on paper the ATM gave me and they said again that they could not help me and o spoof need to make a claim So not they have large amount of my cash with no explanation why this happened ATM took my cash and kept running and running No info other. I have been visiting this branch for about 7 years now and have always had a great experience here. The ratings are low, but I have never experienced anything negative here at all. The building is always clean and staff always very nice and helpful.
Can I give a 0 instead of a 1 ?? Rude !!! I was told by branch manager or some supervisor that Customers can only go in there once a day to do transactions Do not value their customers
Everyone there are so rude and not helpful.
Truist over all is the worst. They are not bankers. The app runs the business. I had to drive 15 miles to deposit a check on Saturday because the app says I meet my deposit limit for the month, and come back next month. The "banker" at the bank was not able to do anything correct this from happening again. Find a local bank that cares about customer service and doesn't make excuses about how the branch managers are powerless and nothing but glorified ATM 's . Seems kind of simple to fix.
