I can’t get into my account!!!! Why is it so difficult?
I recommend you make an appointment. The branch manager was excellent helped with renewing a CD and the initial steps on setting up a joint account. There had been some trouble getting the account opened and dropping by was not a good experience. Rep said a fraud alert was triggered and now needed my wife, who was out-of-state to come in. My wife has had accounts for more than a decade with a bank (Suntrust) they bought out. Didn’t feel they were interested in helping us.
I use the branch regularly and have had nothing but excellent service from the branch manager and the associates.
