Banking service is sufficient. The whole branch smells like very strong body oils, almost like a busy gym. So strong, that I saw a man with obvious allergies, leave the branch before finishing his business with the offender. Cmon. Talk to your employee about business standards. Very unprofessional.

They just don’t care anymore. You’re nothing but numbers to them. They could care less if you bank with them or not. On top of their poor customer service then there’s the lack of knowledge. They promote online banking, but yet the online banking does not know what the branches are doing and vice versa. It’s like two separate banks. I don’t really even know what the purpose of keeping the branches open is. You ask them questions and they have to call somebody else.
