I rarely post reviews, but this branch is so terrific that I want other people to know about it. The platform person who helped me there -- hopefully she is or will become the branch manager -- spent almost half an hour to fix a problem that her counterpart in another branch had created and couldn't undo. Then, to be sure it was fixed, she followed up by phone with Truist later that afternoon to verify that the glitch was corrected and then called me to confirm that it was resolved. Truest is the best bank I've ever dealt with. There was an issue of consumer reports many years ago that said they were the best bank in the United States. I agree. They take their time to make sure your transaction is accurate.

This is an absolutely awful branch. Worst customer service ever. Terribly unprofessional. Tried to have my wife added to a joint account. No one knows how to accomplish this. We had to go back three times to get his done... and it still can't get done! staff is on personal calls and doesn't respond to customers until their non-business call is done. Completely rude. will never step foot in this branch again. The branch manager could care less. Take your money and time elsewhere.
