I had a great experience at the Truist Rockville Town Square Bhank today. The teller was wonderful—very helpful, professional, and friendly. Luis, as always, was extremely pleasant, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He consistently provides excellent customer service and makes every visit a positive experience. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff!
