TRUIST Credit Card Services contacted me about a charge on my Credit Card. They were going to send me a new Card with a different number. I have multiple Autopay's on this Card, this would have been an all day headache. The $48.28 charge in question is "Twinbrook CMF." I was on the phone with customer service who could not speak any English. Bank tellers in this location are rude as hell. Stay away.
