In my attempts to work with Aaron and his team I've found customer service to be sorely lacking at this branch. For better service, visit the Truist branch at 16000 Shady Grove Rd.
I went to the bank today and all staffs were very kind. Especially Suzy in the counter who speaks Mandarin gave me lots of help.
Cashier Mohammed was unhelpful, rude, and mannerless. Wouldn't let me cash in my check at first, told me "this isn't a casheirs place" when my lawyer sent me there. He has no customer service skills, didn't ask me anything first, and just assumed I had no place being there. He was very disrespectful.
