Bank tellers in this location are rude as hell. Stay away.
No atm available after 6. Door locked. Won’t do shit about it after chatting with the manager and still same. Bs bank.
In my attempts to work with Aaron and his team I've found customer service to be sorely lacking at this branch. For better service, visit the Truist branch at 16000 Shady Grove Rd.
I went to the bank today and all staffs were very kind. Especially Suzy in the counter who speaks Mandarin gave me lots of help.
